Notes:

Transfers by road are based on a minimum of 2 - maximum 8. We reserve the right to book additional guests on to our road transfers. Subject to availability of vehicles and drivers private transfers can be booked for a surcharge of 20% on published tariffs. Children 2 – 12 charged at 50%. Children under 2 are free of charge. Air charter may be substituted at short notice at no extra charge. Refreshments included in transfer rate. Drinks are given on all transfers except to and from Lilongwe and Blantyre airports to the city hotels. Journeys of more than 2 hours include full packed meals. All driving times are approximate and based on stopping en route. Where more that one route is possible we have given the time for the longest route. All transfers are with experienced guides who will stop en route for photographs etc. All prices are subject to adjustment. Certain routes may be impassable during the January-March rains.

Driving at Night Policy

With the exception of transfers from Blantyre and Lilongwe Airport to city hotels driving after dark is not permitted. In order to calculate whether you can get to your destination before darkness please allow 45 minutes from arrival times for airport formalities and then look at the following times for fall of darkness.
